Description

Quick, easy freezing of pipes that have not been drained
using CFC-free refrigerant carbon dioxide.
For maintenance, repair and extending systems.
Suitable for all pipe sizes Ø 1/8 – 2″ Ø 10 – 60mm.
For pipes of steel, copper, plastic and composite materials.
CFC-free carbon dioxide refrigerant.
Freezing capacity up to -79°C (-110°F).
Non Flammable and Non Toxic.

Supply Format
Set includes 10 pairs of freeze collars Ø 1/8″ – 2″ (Ø12 – 60mm),
bottle connector with T-distributor, 2 x hand piece injector,
2 x high pressure hoses, closing nut and heavy duty carrying case.
Fast Freezing
Extremely fast freezing of pipes, e.g. ¾” steel pipe in just 5 minutes.
Refrigerant
The carbon dioxide refrigerant is easily available. Non flammable,
non toxic and CFC free therefore ozone harmless.
Execution
The freeze collars give a perfect tight fit around the pipe work
allowing the refrigerant to flow directly onto the pipe and giving
fast freezing times and economic use of the refrigerant.
Single or double freezing can be achieved and additional freezing heads
can be connected at the same time with additional T-distributors.

Manufactured from thermoplastic elastomer, the collars are small, flexible and indestructible.
Fast tool-free assembly even in the tightest spots with built in clamping screws.
Handle Piece Injector

Rapid tool-free connection to tool collars with automatic refrigerant setting.
Comfortable plastic handle with unbreakable brass injection nozzle.
High Pressure Hoses

Supplied with a pair of 2m flexible, kink proof, long life, high pressure
hoses with swivel cap at bottle connector to prevent tangling.
