Description

The SIP Variable Speed Midi Wood Lathe is an ideal solution for
those seeking a robust and reliable lathe for woodturning.
Crucial to a functioning workshop, this machine tool allows a woodturner
to accurately shape, turn, drill and sand workpieces to the desired specification.
The lathe has a cast iron bed for maximum stability for a mounted cast
iron headstock and tailstock – both supplied with MT1 tapers.
Powering the headstock is an electronic variable speed motor
which runs between 500rpm and 3500rpm.
Spindle speed can be easily adjusted using the control dial
for greater accuracy, whilst a digital panel displays the headstock spindle speed.
Supplied with tool rest holder, 100mm face plate, 4-prong drive centre,
revolving tailstock centre and 2x tool rests.
